Galeed means “Place of Friendship”
The word “Galeed” is Hebrew and occurs in a story in the Bible (Genesis 31). Jacob and his uncle Laban (who had argued), built a pile of stones as a witness that they would not pass over with any hostility to each other.
Galeed house exists to be enable people of all cultures to meet together and build relationships of trust, in which the love of God through Jesus Christ can be demonstrated.
We currently welcome people from at least 16 different nations through our doors.
